1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NammaTha ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all financial actions, contributions, and decisions made through the Platform. NammaTha acts only as a coordination tool. All payments are made directly between users via UPI, and NammaTha does not process, hold, or guarantee any funds.
3. No Liability for Payment Disputes
NammaTha is not responsible for failed, delayed, or disputed UPI payments. Any payment conflicts must be resolved directly between users. The Platform does not provide refunds, guarantees, or financial protection of any kind.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use NammaTha for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities. Goals must represent genuine shared savings objectives. Misrepresentation of goals or impersonation of other users is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. NammaTha is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence.
6. Content Rights
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on NammaTha, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. NammaTha may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
